1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the UAE, we regret that we are unable to process your order.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • High order volumes during peak seasons or promotions
  • Courier delays or logistical disruptions

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation. You will receive a confirmation notification via email or WhatsApp once your order has been accepted. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate at the time of placing your order to avoid delays.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any applicable fees are calculated based on your delivery location within the UAE.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
